Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Same-day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment price- no exceptions.

• All appointments lasting an hour or longer have a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than 15 minutes your appointment it will be canceled and charged in full. 

• All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment price

• At this time we asked that you do not bring guests with you to your appointment.

• We do not issue refunds on the services - Store credit only.
